Find Your Sessions
Start with what feels true.
Therapy does not have to feel confusing, clinical, or overwhelming. This guide is here to help you name what is happening, identify the kind of support you may need, and find a place to begin. You do not need perfect language. You do not need a diagnosis. You just need a starting point.
What feels most true about what brought you here?
What are you wanting most from support right now?
What kind of support feels like the best next step?
What are you most tired of carrying?

Bridge & Harbor Sessions
Your relationships may need more than surface-level communication tips. Bridge Sessions (couples) and Harbor Sessions (families) are for relational systems that need help understanding the deeper cycle underneath conflict, distance, shutdown, blame, or disconnection.
The goal is not to decide who is the problem. The goal is to understand the pattern and build something more honest, safe, and connected.
Bridge & Harbor Sessions may be a good fit if you are working through:
- Conflict cycles
- Communication breakdown
- Trust injuries
- Emotional disconnection
- Family tension
- Attachment patterns
- Repair after hurt or betrayal

Cyclebreaker Sessions may be a good fit if you are working through:
- People-pleasing
- Boundary struggles
- Family system roles
- Shame and guilt
- Spiritual or religious pressure
