A Different Kind of Presence

Hi, I'm Owen Campbell.

I'm a therapist, coach, former teacher, and long-time observer of how families and systems work. People come to me because I'm warm, direct, and not easily shocked, and because I'll actually name what I see.

My work blends trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and nervous-system awareness with a lot of real-talk about what it means to be the one who finally says, "This ends with me." A background in Exercise Science informs the somatic side of my work.

I'm drawn to the people who've been told they're "too much," who've spent years managing other people's emotions, keeping the peace, carrying things no one ever put down. If that's you, you're in the right place.

Our Approach

How we show up for you

Every session is guided by the same three principles.

Soft and Backbone. Both.

Warm, but not sentimental. Kind, but not avoidant. You'll feel genuinely met here, and you'll also be told the truth.

Pattern-First, Not Symptom-First

Anxiety and depression are usually downstream of something. We go upstream: relational patterns, family roles, and nervous-system training.

Deep Insight and Concrete Tools

Understanding your pattern matters. So does knowing what to do this week. Every session works both ends: clarity about what's happening, and real tools to change it.
